    However, this can sometimes cause pages to update incorrectly or not display at all. If you need to clear your browser cache, follow these steps:

    1. Open Internet Explorer.

    2. From the top menu, click "Tools > Internet Options".

    3. Click the "Content" tab.

    4. Under "Certificates", click the "Certificates" button.

    5. Select and remove all security certificates, especially those listed under Intermediate Certification Authorities and Trusted Root Certification.

    6. Exit out of the menu, close your web browser, and then re-open it.

    7. When visiting secure web sites, you may need to accept and re-install new certificates.

    8. Attempt to view the web page again.
